Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your gift pack. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligible for Return / Exchange
- Items that arrived damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items received (wrong gift pack)
- Missing items from your gift pack
- Defective or expired products
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items that have been opened, used, or consumed
- Custom / bespoke gift packs made to order
- Items not in original packaging
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 7 days
Email us at hello@thegiftguardian.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue.
Send us photos
Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items so we can assess the situation quickly.
We'll sort it out
We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are covered by The Gift Guardian if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage during shipping, etc.). We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet the above criteria.
